Mallow flowers 

These flowers have fleshy sweet heart shaped petals and are beautiful in their stripes of purples. What beauties hey. Lovely to garnish deserts; to slide down the edge of smoothy glasses and to float on cocktails. They also press nicely  onto butter cream as well. 

They can be a little tricky to work with because their inclination is to close up at night but as long as they are kept face down and flat then they will stay open with their heart shaped petals on display.  

Also a fabulous product for drying to create a beautiful blue dye.
