Send us your 4 course menu and the pre dinner cocktails you'd like to serve and we will match edible flowers to every course by flavour and appropriateness. For up to 8 guests we will pick the perfect flowers to add the wow factor to your dinner party.
An example might be:
- rose petals to float in your pre-dinner Prosecco or borage for your Pimms.
- fennel flowers and chives to garnish a fish course
- spicy mustard, rocket or nasturitum flowers to serve with a steak or garlicky alliums to set off your lamb
- sweet violas or dianthus to bring floral gorgousness to your chocolate pud or citrussy begonias to set off a lemon posset.
We love edible flowers and we love to eat so your dinner party is in very safe hands.
The flowers will arrive the day before the party so if you want to make some floral icecubes, lavender shortbread, or rose petal compote then you have time to prepare.
Two weeks notice is needed with this so that we can work with you on the choice of flowers to suit the menu and the season.
