We offer four different types of amaranth flower in the summer/autumn months. Dangly green, dangly biscuit, dangy pinky, dangly burgundy and upright burgundy.
Amaranth flowers are gluten free and very nutritous but in this instance they are primarily useful as a toxic free, food safe garnish and decoration for cakes (see the stunner on the right from Red Robin Pantry.
Amaranth holds extremely well, look very cool and also doesn't wilt.
